Directions for finding the Zoning for parcels in Anderson County:

At the top of the page there is a box that has “Find” written in it. This is your search engine.

· To search by Map and Parcel, you must have the full number. 

The parcel ID always starts with “001” then the Map number. Then there is “two spaces” and then the full parcel number.  Ex.:  001006  00505.    If a map has a letter with a Group letter, then only has one space between each.  Ex.:  001005H B 01600. 

· To search by address, Type name of road, then street number. Ex.: N Main St 445.
