Commissioner
David L. Bolling is serving his first full term as County Commission
representative from District 2. He was previously appointed in March 2006 to
fill the vacancy of his late father, David O. Bolling who passed away while
serving as County Commissioner. His district includes Blockhouse Valley,
Clinton, Glen Alpine and North Clinton precincts.
Commissioner Bolling presently serves on:

Commissioner Bolling is the City Manager of Oliver Springs, and lives in
Clinton with his wife Jennifer, and their two children, Carter and Caroline.
