Commissioner Johnny Alley is serving his first full term as County Commission representative from District 3. His district includes Andersonville, Clinch Valley, Fairview and Norris precincts.

Johnny was previously appointed in April 2010 to fill the vacancy of his late father, John K. Alley who passed away while serving as County Commissioner in District 3.
